Crave App LLC is a U.S.-based technology company dedicated to bringing clarity to what people eat — starting with the world's most accurate added sugar estimation tool. We're a small, focused team of nutrition, data, and design experts who believe that understanding what's hidden in your food is the foundation of real health.

Why We Built Crave

Added sugar is one of the biggest blind spots in global nutrition. Outside of the United States, food producers are not required to disclose the added sugar content in their products — leaving consumers in the dark about one of the most important drivers of poor metabolic health. Many consumers do not appreciate the difference between added and natural sugars.

We built Crave to change that.

Using proprietary technology and a custom dataset of more than 5.5 million foods worldwide, Crave provides the most precise added sugar estimates available today. For the first time, you can track not just total sugar — but added sugar — across global food products, recipes, and meals, instantly.
