Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Crave. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Description of Service

Crave helps users track foods, analyze nutritional information, and view progress. It may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Crave is provided for informational and lifestyle purposes only. It does not provide medical or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary changes.

3. Accounts and Security

• You must create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription or one-time in-app purchase.
• All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store.
• Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your Apple ID settings.
• Prices and features may change; you'll be notified in-app or through the App Store if applicable.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policy.

5. User Content

You may log foods, photos, or notes ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Crave a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.

You agree that your content will not:

• Violate laws or third-party rights
• Contain misleading, harmful, or offensive material

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Crave for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the app
• Interfere with other users or the Service's operation
• Upload malicious code or spam

Violation may result in immediate termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software code, and designs in the Service belong to Crave App LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as expressly allowed.

8. Disclaimers

Crave is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nutritional values and analysis are estimates only. Crave does not provide medical or nutritional advice and should not replace professional guidance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crave App LLC and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss or service interruption
• Errors or inaccuracies in nutritional information

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using Crave or delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

11. Privacy

Your use of Crave is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the Service, you consent to that policy.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
